City Vitality Report 2024

We’re excited to announce the return of our annual Inner City Vitality event for 2024, on November 14. This eagerly anticipated report offers a comprehensive overview of Brisbane’s inner-city suburbs—Brisbane CBD, Fortitude Valley, Spring Hill, South Brisbane, Woolloongabba and Kangaroo Point—evaluating performance across key indicators including Retail, Office Market, Residential, Tourism and Hospitality, Arts and Culture and Education.

In partnership with Urban Economics, the Committee for Brisbane has once again undertaken this critical research to provide valuable insights into our city’s performance and growth trends.
