Brisbane 2033: Legacy Project

The Business of Sport: SEQ as a sport tech leader

Queensland’s Sports Minister Stirling Hinchliffe has a big ambition for the future of sports tech in Queensland – for the State to be a global leader in one of the world’s fastest-growing industries.
The Committee for Brisbane is delighted to be hosting the Minister at this event where he will share his vision. We have also assembled a stellar panel of sport tech leaders, practitioners and advocates who will explore the opportunities for SEQ.
The sports tech sector has the potential to be a $1 billion industry in SEQ with up to 10,000 new jobs.
We invite you to come along to hear more about this exciting industry.
